Take Off!

Wow. We delivered our first public LearnLing workshop for students as part of the Take Off Accelerator with Converge and ABVentures at the University of Aberdeen.

The session focused on helping the students explore different behavioural styles through colour, how to recognise different colour behaviours, and reflect on how we communicate with others - in our natural state and under stress.

The engagement we had was incredible. We are really grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of this initiative and help the students on the programme to communicate more effectively with others in their lives.

This was potentially our favourite session so far. Everyone was so engaged in giving their personal stories about communication issues they had or were experiencing and as a group we discussed strategies to help navigate them and prepare for the future too. The energy in the room was high and it was inspiring to see how much care the students had for each other and wanted to help each other.
