LearnLing is an independent people development company working with individuals and teams at every stage of their career, from those entering the workplace to experienced professionals. We design and deliver in-person workshops that build the practical people skills needed to perform well at work.

LEARNLING WORKPLACE EVALUATOR
The LearnLing Workplace Evaluator is a short, interactive tool designed to help people better understand their communication and working style at work.
The evaluator looks at how individuals typically communicate, make decisions and respond in workplace situations. It highlights preferences across key areas such as energy, decision making and interaction with others, giving people a clearer picture of how they show up at work and how this may be experienced by others.
We use the evaluator as a practical starting point for development and self awareness. It helps create a shared language within teams, supports self-awareness and gives a useful foundation for conversations around communication, collaboration and behaviour. Results are used to shape workshops and discussions, ensuring sessions are relevant, focused and grounded in real team dynamics.
The evaluator can be used on its own or as part of a wider LearnLing workshop or programme, supporting individuals, teams and leaders to reflect, adapt and work more effectively with others.
Participants and teams can be mapped on our four colour model to see where the team and individuals fit and identify their strengths and challenges.
