LearnLing was created to make workplace communication easier and more effective by focusing on emotional intelligence and self awareness. We design interactive, tailored workshops that focus on the unique needs and challenges of each team we work with. Our goal is to create an environment where people respect each other’s different preferences and working styles, and feel confident adapting their communication to suit the situation.

One of the practical tools we use to support emotional intelligence is the Four Colour Model. This model uses four colours to represent different personality and communication styles, inspired by the world of renowned psychologist Carl Jung. By learning to recognise these styles, employees can quickly identify how someone prefers to work, make decisions and interact in different situations and contexts. The colours create a shared language that removes personal bias, reduces frustration and encourages understanding of the different personality types.
Our workshops are interactive, engaging and grounded in real life workplace situations and scenarios. We use The LearnLing Framework where we blend theory, activities, games, reflection and discussions for different learning styles.
