What is LearnLing

This is exactly why LearnLing exists - to tackle these problems at their root and equip teams with the tools they need to succeed.

LearnLing was created to make workplace communication easier and more effective focusing on emotional intelligence and self awareness. We design interactive, tailored workshops that focus on the unique needs and challenges of each team we work with. Our goal is to create an environment where people truly understand one another, respect each other’s working styles, and feel confident adapting their communication to suit the situation.

One of the practical tools we use to support emotional intelligence is the Four Colour Model. This model uses four distinct colours to represent different personality and communication styles, inspired by the world of renowned psychologist Carl Jung. By learning to recognise these styles, employees can quickly identify how someone prefers to work, make decisions, and interact in different situations and contexts. The colours create a shared language that removes personal bias, reduces frustration, and encourages understanding of different personality types.

Our workshops go beyond theory. They are interactive, engaging, and grounded in real-world workplace situations and scenarios. Using the LearnLing framework blending theory, activities and games, and discussions for different learnling styles.
