Yesterday was a day full of activities, games and engagement at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, University of Dundee where we delivered a LearnLing workshop to founders on the Dundee Accelerator programme 🚀

It was inspiring to hear their stories and learn more about their business from golf equipment, menopause help, payment systems and more, and how self-awareness can have such a positive impact in their own business ventures and their interactions with various stakeholders as they continue their journey.

We focused on:

Understanding strengths, challenges, and communication preferences

How to identify different personality traits in a variety of different scenarios

Practical tips for how to adapt your communication style to connect with others and build stronger relationships

Malignance in personality type and how they appear

Nature and nuture in personality types.

This was our longest session so far at 5 hours and we explored new concepts and aspects of emotional intelligence and self awareness in different learning ways.
